The miroboard allowed for easy team collaboration, as this project was done during covid lockdown. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/4b5d7239-b842-4410-973b-d25f324ffb3c/Screenshot+2021-03-11+at+13.52.56.png Work - Make it stand out The navigation bar before design changes. The users were confused by the navigation bar wording, and unsure which of the tabs to choose. Some merchants have both a physical store and a webshop, so both tabs would be applicable to them. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/314228cc-9663-432a-9398-f21c34d93126/IMG_2071.JPG Work - Make it stand out Data analysis Affinity diagram: At the end of the fourth day the data points where analysed and consolidated. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/f53e3526-ffac-40ea-86ef-4bc651c4790f/IMG_2066.JPG Work - Make it stand out I was given problem area one, which highlights the issues found in the beginning of the on-boarding journey - Mobilepay.dk https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/1725941f-4627-4629-ad40-4583b79809ac/Screenshot+2024-05-25+at+21.16.33.png Work - Make it stand out Ultimately a more simplistic design was implemented, as updating existing design templates was more time effective. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/aa7d4ed9-5204-4b15-98db-2cf61ab5373c/Screenshot+2024-05-25+at+21.16.05.png Work - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/c70c6757-1a94-4ebe-b710-a9df1b74331c/Screenshot+2021-03-11+at+13.53.36.png Work - Make it stand out When the user selected one of these images they assumed they would be brought to a new page with information, however they were presented with more options. Again the users found the wording confusing. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/32208165-62b8-495c-b0d6-d2e015eeeb12/Screenshot+2024-05-25+at+21.21.47.png Work - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/e31cb844-46f7-4751-9d12-8e7bf403dc89/Screenshot+2021-09-17+at+14.06.14.png Work - Make it stand out Here is the new navigation bar design. It was also implemented on the “Privat” tab of the navigation bar. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/0453c437-3acd-4b92-9ced-9f20e568939a/Screenshot+2021-03-11+at+13.53.26.png Work - Make it stand out Before re-design when the user would select “Erhverv” they were brought to this page. Here they are presented with the navigation bar options with images. The users did not find the images to be telling of what option was appropriate for their shop. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5aa13c449d5abb43bab9f768/c3443cdd-9871-40f6-965b-6807ef3b0b7a/Screenshot+2024-05-25+at+21.15.31.png Work -
